Proxie: making relics relevant

Well, here is what has been consuming all of my time lately. I have long had the dream of opening my very own shop filled with vintage dresses, housewares, & handmade items... and one month ago yesterday I took a big step towards that goal.

I opened my very first etsy shop!

All month I have been shopping, scouting, and scouring the local thrifting spots for the perfect items to fill my store. I truly feel that the collection I have curated fits today's market & will be exactly what some lovely shoppers are looking for to either wear or decorate their home.

Vintage has always inspired me creativly in my wardrobe and in my home, and I hope to spread my love of anything mid century with the rest of you.

Below are just a few of my favorite pieces from the items that just went live on my shop today.

I hope you all don't mind joining me on this journey. I know there will be lots of bumps along the way, but I can't wait to dive in headlong. It's going to be a process of tweaking and changing over at Proxie for awhile, but I couldn't keep my secret any longer.

I promise to be more active over here at relic.22 as well.
