A Good Day

Yesterday was full of lunch dates, frozen yougurt, shopping, and time with my love.

The Goods

Saturday turned out to be a pretty fantastic day for thrifting.

{Guess shoes- $5}

I didn't buy these vintage clown candles because they are mildly creepy, but I thought they waranted a picture.

Our goods. Oh, yeah. We had 2 cart loads worth of stuff.

After having lunch, some 1/2 price Starbucks, and two cart fulls of stuff I spent a total of $46 on Saturday.

Not too shabby, right?

I just love this magical place. I have ever since I was a little girl. Maybe I'll own it some day.

Auction Fever

I went to my very first auction this weekend, and, let me tell you, I'm hooked. It was so exciting getting caught up in the moment and just going for something you love!



I tried really hard to get the recipe boxes and those cute little owls, but I got out bid. :( But, 5hrs & a sunburn later I was the proud owner of two "mystery sacks", a quilt, and two owls.

I consider my first auction a success.

And didn't hurt that I got to spend some quality time with my Mom, Dad, and Grandma.

Can't wait for my next auction!
